Nida Doon Malla is the founder of NDM Corporate Solutions. By training she is a lawyer having worked across India and Nepal for over a decade in diverse roles. After having graduated from the prestigious National Law University, Delhi she went on to practice mergers and acquisitions, & private equity under the tutelage of the renowned Indian law firm AZB & Partners. Thereafter, Nida set-up her chamber at the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India under the guidance of Sr. Adv. Narender Hooda who is the former Additional Advocate General of Haryana. Nida began her career in Nepal with Pioneer Law Associates and has now used her wealth of experience in establishing NDM Corporate Solutions with a vision of brining international professionalism and holistic solutions within the reach of Nepali corporates. Nida specializes in Legal Risk Management and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She served as the Communications and Network Chair of CNIYEF for 2023-24. She now serves as CNIYEF’s Membership Chair.
